Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

We aim to get deliveries out within 24 hours of the order being placed. This may take a day or two longer during peak times. 

Please note that delays in the service of Evri/DX are out of our control. If you haven't received your order within the time frames specified, we ask that you allow an additional 3 working days before you get in touch with us. 

How much is UK Shipping?

Standard Shipping £4.99

  • orders will go out on a 48 hour courier service, either Evri or DX depending on area.
  • Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery, after notification of dispatch.

Express Delivery £9.99

  • Orders placed by 4pm will go out the same day on a 24 hour courier service, either Evri or DX depending on area.
  • Some remote areas will not be covered (postcode areas including BT/GY/JE/IM/ZE and some Scottish Highlands).
Which countries do you ship to?

Yes, we ship to Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czechia, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Hungary, Netherlands, Italy, France, Lithuania, Sweden and Austria. 

How much is international shipping?

Ireland

We can now offer shipping to Ireland

  • 2+ Speed Tracks £13.99

These will be sent by a standard courier service - delivery between 5-10 days.

Mainland Europe

We have introduced shipping to some mainland Europe and tried to keep cost down however shipping to the EU is now expensive (with the duty and VAT handled by the carrier).

  • 2+ Speed Tracks £24.99

These will be sent by a standard courier service - delivery between 5-10 days.

Returns & Exchanges

Returning your order

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@speed-track.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sarah Jay/Speed Track, Flint House, Church Lane, Eastergate PO20 3UR

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Processing your Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
