Not great

Considering this is the most expensive of it's type on the market I'm disappointed. Firstly there is only one set of suction cups with the track and no spares. Secondly the track constantly wants to recoil on the ends. Thirdly where we have tried to straighten out the track by slightly bending it backwards but not kinking it the track has split in a few places where the track sides are

Not a great experience.

I ordered a speed track as a birthday gift and also received a free car too.
Dispatch and communication were great. The items arrived damaged. The free gift was damaged beyond gifting but it was free so not really a major issue. The track box i bought however was bashed, damaged and torn.
I contacted customer service and advised it was damaged, heard nothing for a week and chased again. They did reply quickly after my second email but honestly it felt like it didn’t matter. Lots of sorry and we will feedback to warehouse but nothing to actually fix the problem until i again said it was a gift and it was not in giftable condition. Id explained it was for a birthday that week, after back and forth i was offered a free return code, presumably to wait for a return and then resend? I didn’t have time to wait, given this was now weeks after id first ordered. I ended up repackaging the gift and chalking this up as a bad experience with a company that just gave the impression it didn’t care. I wasn’t going to review but I’ve since had multiple emails asking for feedback- although none trying to help with the issue and honestly thats so frustrating. So in short, a first and last time customer.

Speed Track

Great entertainment for kids

Great innovative product

I saw a speedtrack in the park and ordered one for my children for Christmas. It’s fun, portable and something I’d not seen before.

Free gift

I was actually charged for the free gifts

Good and fast

Want expecting much from the car, but it was decent versus more expensive ones! Thanks very much, the track is great.

Mixed feelings.

The length of the track, great but it still slips and moves constantly and so the drop becomes too large, so for a sen 3 year old gets very frustrated with that. I get frustrated with it not unrolling as easily as advertised and have spent a large amount of time hairdryering it to death to try and keep it laying flat (we have laminate but this is still a ridiculous curl at the end)
I was expecting more silicone than the harder brittle plastic. It does fit disney pixar cars down though, that's a win. Free car with a truck with a cherry picker attachment, broken in seconds by my 9 year old, so its now a flat bed truck without an attachment. I think having free shipping or a discount off the item would be better than a car.. for the price I did expect it to be as easy as advertised and constantly hair drying it when you get it out the bag a pain with a physical disability and child's who lack the cognitive ability to help with that. Otherwise no complaints 😂

Free gift car

My grandson liked it, so did his brother and sisters. The only thing is it isn't free, I had to pay £1.99. Surely if it's free the cost is zero.

Hi, Sorry for the confusion. The free car does need a code applied at checkout, otherwise it goes through at the normal price. I can see how that wasn’t clear enough here, so thank you for pointing it out.
I’ve refunded it for you now. Many thanks Sarah
